What currency are the prices I see on the site?  All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?   We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 7-14 days for NORMAL production time and your order to ship out.   Tracking numbers will be updated 2-4 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at contact@authenticallyme-nomask.com.

T-Shirts, hats and cups are shipped from different facilities. They will be shipped separately.  All Pre-Orders will be processed within 21-30 business days.

Can an item be returned/exchange an item?  Effective August 2020: Due to COVID-19, all items are final sale. We are unable to return or exchange any item for any reason. 

Can I cancel my order?  You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.

We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number, your address and clearly state the question/ problem.
